for any business and that seeks improvement of (ROI)

The most common issues or challenges fall into one of two categories

1) About the business; revenue, profit and bottom line growth

2) About People; influences and dynamics

1. Alignments need to be facilitated. They do not just happen. Deliberate alignment works best when it has a common outcome or goal to be achieved. Alignment requires understanding the unique skills or talents that one brings to be table and what role it plays in achieving an outcome.

2. What matters most to the CEO or owner of the business is revenues, profits and contribution to the bottom line. Yet the people around him are not quite equipped to address or advise on these as they are particular finance, risk and marketing matters, not financial advice or product matters.

2a. How would you like to 10X or greater your revenues and align the correct skills and people? This means foster additional relationships that can contribute these accomplished skills. Share the success and share the work!

3. Bring your staff, advisers and family constituents together and lets orchestrate doing something new, now, so its complete by end of the year.

4. Develop a strategic plan for why, what and how you wish to accomplish and what is the subject matter that can be executed upon.

5. Hold a meeting with staff, family and advisers to integrate align vision for the coming year — this about organically executing upon a generational, longer view by all.

FOOTNOTE: This article hits the high points only. It is by no means complete. Its not a do it your self program. It is a done-with or done- for- you-program in order to have the results you may want.
